This is "Jawa 100 ROBOT" A 100cc engine. This Video was made with Atleast 2500 pictures. We did an engine overhaul as this motorcycle was not running from the past 30 years or so. Screws were blackened . Bore and head were easily blasted with glass beads and then brushed . We wanted to keep everything in the original appearance.
This is a 1987 model Yezdi 350 Twin, based on the Jawa 634 motorcycle. It was a good runner. Still i had to do some kind of restoration after i purchased it a couple of months ago. Did a much needed cosmetic make over. Also rebored the cylinders to the next Oversize using new pistons. Completely changed the wiring kit , cdi & all other electricals.
